Torque clamps: In special cases, it may be necessary to simultaneously hold large axial forces and torques.
For pneumatic holding in the open position, a series of KFPD clamps is offered. Depending on the model, the retainer can hold 12 kN and 120 Nm or 30 kN and 500 Nm.

Standard hydraulic clamps SITEMA KFH are capable of holding small torques (for example, 280 Nm with an axial force of 100 kN on a rod with a diameter of 56 mm). If the transmission of higher torques is required, special KFHD clamps come to the rescue. Compared to the KFH models, they are able to hold 10 times more.

In special cases, it may be necessary to remove the rod from the clamping head, for example, to provide access or due to limited space where it is impossible to install a solid rod.
First of all, when using the PowerStroke clamping head to close and hold molds with great force, removing the rod from the clamping head gives significant advantages, since the rod does not create obstacles when removing products from the mold or unloading them.

KRM fall protection devices are used in situations where it is necessary to protect people and prevent accidents as a result of the breakage of traction elements for lifting loads or tools. KRM mechanical fall protection devices smoothly perceive the weight of the falling load at each point – safely and absolutely reliably. Thanks to the use of a self-reinforcing clamping system, a very high level of safety is ensured.

The KFE electric retainer is installed at an arbitrary point of the round rod and perceives axial forces in both directions of load application without a gap. It is used if it is impossible to use hydraulic or pneumatic solutions.
